At Woodham Walter C of E Primary, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where strong, positive relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to model calmness and consistency in all our interactions, creating a peaceful, focused, and productive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

Restorative practice is central to our approach, and we encourage open, trusting communication amongst all members of our school community. This includes staff, children, parents, carers, and visitors, as we work together to build an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

• To make the moral and honest decision, demonstrating goodness.
